!On Track Recruitment are seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer to support the delivery of civil and marine infrastructure projects within a complex operational environment. This is a 6-month contract with an ASAP start (short notice candidates encouraged), working Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. This role will see you contributing to a diverse portfolio of major maintenance projects, supporting delivery from initiation through to completion and handover. About the Role: You will play a key role in delivering infrastructure projects across civil, marine, and mechanical scopes, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Key Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate planning, estimation, design, and execution of infrastructure projects Ensure compliance with relevant standards, specifications, and environmental requirements Develop scopes of work, cost estimates, schedules, and procurement packages Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies Provide technical support across study, construction, commissioning, and handover phases Requirements for the role: Qualifications in Project Management Engineering degree or trade background (e.g. Boilermaker, Fabricator, Welder) 10 years’ experience in project engineering/project management If you’re an experienced Senior Project Engineer looking for your next contract opportunity, we’d love to hear from you.
