We now have an opportunity for a  Principal Structural Engineer  to join our team.  Youâll  contribute to our bold, futureâfocused approach to heavy rail infrastructure design. While  youâll  begin your journey with NWPA, this is  a  permanent role within KBR , open ing doors to iconic infrastructure projects across Australia.  Key Responsibilities  In this role, you will:  Plan,  schedule  and deliver structural engineering designs, adapting techniques and standards to suit complex challenges.  Manage intricate design elements, including conflicting requirements, unconventional materials, and highâcoordination scenarios.  Ensure all commercial, cost,  safety  and legal considerations are integrated into design specifications.  Mentor and guide junior engineers,  designers  and drafters.   What  Youâll  Bring  Weâre  looking for someone with a bachelorâs degree in structural engineering and  extensive  experience in infrastructure projectsâideally within a multidisciplinary environment.
