What you will be doing In this newly created role, your role will be a vital support pillar to the legal department that will involve engaging in a diverse range of legal tasks. Your duties shall include but not be limited to: Receiving instructions and preparing draft estate planning documents Receiving and actioning instructions to progress litigation matters Drafting and preparing legal documents, statements, briefs, and correspondence Managing client communications and following up on enquiries Monitoring matter progress and ensuring deadlines are met Assisting with court filings and document management Identifying complex or sensitive matters and escalating where appropriate Providing administrative support to ensure files run smoothly and efficiently To be successful… 2–3 years’ experience as a Paralegal (litigation experience essential) Excellent attention to detail and a proactive, reliable approach Strong communication and organisational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new systems What’s in it for you … A chance to work within a cohesive team with a great culture and be rewarded with a competitive salary.
