This is a newly created role driven by strong growth within the practice and offers the chance to step into an established client base while playing a key role in the continued development of the team. Working within a collaborative and well-supported practice, you will handle sophisticated estate matters for high-net-worth individuals and families, while also contributing to the ongoing expansion of the practice. The Role This position offers a diverse mix of estate planning and administration work, including: Complex Wills and testamentary trusts Estate planning and asset protection strategies Superannuation succession planning Enduring Powers of Attorney Probate and Letters of Administration Estate administration and distribution Transfer and sale of estate assets You'll be joining a fantastic firm of professionals who are warm, collaborative and extremely encouraging of each person reaching their full potential.
