Role Overview The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving new business growth while developing and expanding existing client relationships through a consultative, solutions-based approach. This role requires a holistic understanding of the sales cycle, from initial prospecting through to building a compelling business case that clearly demonstrates the value and application of solutions to prospective customers. Reporting into senior sales leadership, this position will operate with a high degree of autonomy, managing a territory and pipeline while working closely with internal stakeholders to deliver tailored outcomes for clients. On a daily basis, the Sales Executive will identify and engage new prospects, manage sales conversations, and progress opportunities through the pipeline. On a weekly basis, the role will focus on strategic account planning, client meetings, proposal development, and pipeline management. On an ongoing basis, the Sales Executive will build long-term client relationships, identify opportunities for growth, and contribute to overall commercial strategy and revenue performance. Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities through structured prospecting and market engagement. Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline, ensuring consistent activity and opportunity flow. Engage with prospective clients to understand their business challenges and requirements. Develop and present tailored solutions, building clear and compelling business cases that demonstrate value and return on investment. Manage the full sales lifecycle from initial contact through to negotiation and close. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure solutions are aligned to client needs and delivered effectively. Track and report on sales activity, pipeline performance, and forecasting. Contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes and go-to-market strategies. Candidate Profile You are an experienced B2B sales professional with a strong background in business development and a proven ability to win new business. You take a holistic approach to sales, understanding how to position solutions within a broader commercial context and build a compelling case for clients. You are a confident communicator with strong influencing skills, able to engage stakeholders at all levels and guide them through a consultative sales process. You are self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable managing your own pipeline while contributing to team success. A strategic mindset, curiosity, and the ability to think beyond transactional sales will be key to your success in this role.
