With a strong manufacturing background and a reputation for dependability, the business is continuing to expand its presence in the distribution of its steel products. Description New Business Development: Generate leads, conduct cold calls, and maintain a healthy pipeline. Sales Execution: Prepare proposals, manage tenders, negotiate margins, and close new business. Territory Management: Be active across your area daily, starting in the field by 8:00 AM (South Brisbane). Reporting & CRM: Maintain accurate CRM records (HubSpot/Dynamics) and forecasts. Profile A successful Sales Representative should have: 3-5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in industrial, service-based, or operational environments. Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to build trust quickly. Confidence in cold calling and developing new territories. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building ability. CRM discipline and solid forecasting accuracy. A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel. A self‑starter mindset and strong accountability.
