Working within the Information Technology and Transformation team, this role focuses on hands-on development, configuration and support of enterprise CRM and automation platforms. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, technology teams and external partners to deliver scalable and secure solutions that support service delivery and organisational outcomes. Your duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Designing, developing and maintaining solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE). Building applications and automations using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages). Supporting integration of Dynamics 365 with other enterprise systems using Azure services and APIs. Participating in solution design discussions and contributing to technical architecture decisions. Supporting platform configuration, customisation and enhancements to meet evolving business requirements. Collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Ensuring solutions meet organisational standards for data governance, security and accessibility. Supporting release cycles, testing and deployment processes within Agile delivery frameworks. Troubleshooting platform issues and supporting ongoing optimisation of applications and workflows. Contributing to documentation including design specifications, testing processes and deployment notes. Working collaboratively with technical teams to improve platform capability and delivery efficiency. Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across enterprise technology platforms. What we are looking for: Demonstrated experience developing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions . Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages) . Experience integrating enterprise systems using Azure services, APIs, or middleware platforms . Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile or DevOps delivery methodologies . Experience supporting enterprise CRM implementations or enhancements. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. Experience working with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Experience or understanding of the Not-for-Profit (NFP) or social impact sector will be highly regarded.
