You'll ensure the successful delivery of Installations, Additions, Moves & Changes (IMACs), manage client onboarding, and drive product and service uplift projects. This role is all about planning, executing, and monitoring a pipeline of IMAC deliveries, collaborating with technical, procurement, and cyber security specialists, and ensuring a smooth handover to our Service Desk team for ongoing support. ‍ Key Responsibilities Oversee delivery management, governance, and reporting for client and internal initiatives Provide clear, transparent reporting to clients, internal teams, and suppliers Participate in presales activities to ensure deliveries are scoped, resourced, and scheduled Build and manage delivery schedules in ServiceNow, coordinating technical engineering and Service Desk handover tasks Identify and manage dependencies impacting delivery Track and manage scope, cost, schedule, and resources using RAID practices Lead cross-functional teams to achieve program objectives Foster a collaborative, inclusive team culture focused on knowledge sharing and continuous improvement Establish and maintain quality standards and compliance with Infotrust's internal policies Conduct regular reviews and audits of deliverables and processes Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program effectiveness and customer satisfaction Ensure smooth transition of deliverables to clients and Service Desk teams About You 3-5 years' experience in project management or administration, with a proven track record of successful team collaboration and solution delivery Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities Proficiency in project management tools (ServiceNow experience highly regarded) High-level understanding of managed technology products and ITIL processes Experience in cyber security services/software highly regarded Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent preferred Experience in client-facing roles highly regarded Qualifications in project management or business highly regarded ‍If you’re passionate about technology, thrive in a collaborative environment, and want to make a real impact, we’d love to hear from you.
