We are looking for a competent help desk technician to provide fast and useful technical assistance, answering queries on basic technical issues and offer advice to solve them. You must have an excellent technical knowledge preferably with a basic understanding of multiple solutions such as: Unified Communications, Network, Telephony, and Cloud with the ability to communicate effectively to understand the problem, troubleshoot and articulate updates clearly to the business and the client through to resolution. You must be highly customer-oriented Your responsibilities will include: End-to-End Ownership : Act as the face of IT, managing the full lifecycle of a L1/2 ticket, from initial diagnostic questioning and remote/on-site troubleshooting to final resolution and follow-up. Technical Versatility : Move beyond basic password resets by managing Identity & Access Management (IAM), imaging/deploying high-end hardware, and coordinating vendor warranty repairs. Process Improvement : Influence how the desk operates by identifying procedural gaps, suggesting systemic improvements, and contributing to the internal Knowledge Base to empower the whole team. Strategic Escalation : Serve as a critical filter for the business, resolving issues through advanced problem-solving while efficiently routing unresolved high-level tiering to our escalation teams.
