We are seeking a passionate and highly organised Production Administration Assistant to join Seed Heritage. This role will focus on overseeing the creation, management, and distribution of Purchase Orders, alongside key production tasks for our Childrenswear and Menswear Apparel departments. The ideal candidate is detail-driven, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is enthusiastic about supporting a seamless production process from start to finish. Please note: this is a 12-month fixed term contract role THE ROLE: Raise monthly Purchase Orders for each region and department, aligned with production timelines Manage post-PO cut-off checks, review all data, and liaise with planning teams regarding changes Prioritise and manage all Purchase Order amendments, including RRP, quantity, fabric, and delivery updates Upload and maintain barcodes for supplier orders; resolve internal system errors Collaborate with Design, Planning, Shipping teams, and suppliers regarding PO or style updates Create and maintain monthly Production Schedules Check shipment samples and manage campaign/PR sample requests with suppliers and internal teams Handle incoming and outgoing parcels, including checking DHL invoices Upload monthly wash care instructions for the online team Assist with Production Submissions distribution, sample filing, and packing Maintain a personal priority list and work alongside the design/planning team to manage the Amendment Tracker THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: 1-2 years' experience in an administration or production support role A tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Fashion Production, Merchandising, or Supply Chain Management preferred Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritise tasks, and manage time effectively Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Experience with ERP or production management systems an advantage Demonstrates initiative, problem-solving skills, and ability to work under pressure WHY JOIN THE SEED HERITAGE TEAM?
