About the Role We’re looking for a proactive and organised Admin Officer to support our collaborative and friendly Digital Systems & Data team. You’ll play an important role in keeping our documentation, governance processes and team operations running smoothly. This includes documenting processes, coordinating meetings, preparing agendas and minutes, managing records, supporting workflow updates, and assisting with vendor coordination, internal information requests and providing reliable day‑to‑day admin support across the team . If you enjoy staying on top of details and helping teams stay connected and efficient, this role is a great fit. This is a full-time position, working 38 hours per week from Monday to Friday. About You You’ll thrive in this role if you’re organised, detail‑focused and confident communicating with a range of stakeholders. You bring: Experience in administration or a related qualification Strong organisation and time‑management skills Confidence in documentation, minute‑taking and meeting coordination Clear written and verbal communication Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a commitment to ongoing development.
