Trinity Petroleum Services is an independent petroleum company with 16 Fuel & Convenience retail outlets in North Queensland. Join a dynamic and friendly team at our busy Spence Street fuel and convenience store, where no two days are the same! We’re looking for enthusiastic and reliable Customer Service Attendants who are ready to deliver great service with a smile — both behind the counter and on the grill. This role will require you to undertake merchandising and rotation of stock, therefore you must be physically capable of undertaking heavy lifting and being on your feet for long periods of time. What you’ll do: Serve customers at console with efficiency and a positive attitude Handling cash and processing transactions Prepare and cook simple short order meals such as burgers, sandwiches, and hot food Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in the kitchen and store Restock shelves, assist with fuel transactions, and keep the store looking its best Work varied shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays What we’re looking for: Friendly and approachable, with great customer service skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail and food environment Reliable, punctual, and able to follow procedures Previous retail or food prep experience is highly regarded, but not essential Be passionate to provide exceptional customer service Have the ability to manoeuvre heavy objects (lift up to 20kgs) Demonstrate outstanding communication Work well in a team environment Have a flexible attitude that will grow and change with the business Demonstrate an unforgettable presence in customer relations Why join us?
