Role Details: * Lead the design and optimisation of enterprise-grade ELT pipelines * Build transformation logic using DBT within Azure Databricks environments * Implement and maintain robust CI/CD workflows across enterprise, transaction-heavy systems * Architect curated and aggregated data layers to support analytics and regulatory reporting * Complete backend reporting requirements end-to-end from source systems through to the data warehouse * Ensure strong data quality, governance, integrity and documentation practices * Support regulated financial data environments * Provide mentorship and technical guidance within the team * Power BI delivery considered nice-to-have but not core to the role This role provides technical leadership across the data platform, designing scalable and secure infrastructure while setting best-practice standards across engineering, governance and delivery.
