The Director wants someone who can take ownership of 12D delivery, shape modelling standards, and guide a small team without layers of oversight. This is a niche consultancy with steady, diverse projects, from urban renewal to large subdivisions up to 2,000 lots, backed by a culture that genuinely values balance and independence.
