Your new role As theSenior Contract Administrator, you will manage all contract, procurement andfinancial functions across fastpaced fit out and refurbishment projects. You willwork closely with the Project Manager to support project delivery, overseesubcontractor procurement, manage commercial reporting, and ensure marginprotection across multiple work packages. Key responsibilitiesinclude: Detailed scope analysis and trade package comprehension Distribution of tender documents and collation of subcontractor pricing Preparing tender evaluations and valueformoney recommendations Identifying scope gaps prior to award Procuring trade materials and projectspecific FF&E Identifying longlead items and managing lead time risk Developing project registers including Tender Event Schedules, Subcontractor Analysis, Batch Forms and Variation Logs Monthly cost reporting, CVRs, cash flow forecasting and subcontractor claims management Supporting the Project Manager in developing and maintaining the project profit plan Leading communication with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure delivery outcomes What you'll need to succeed Stable work history with reputable fit out or construction companies Experience across fit out, heavy refurbishment and heritage projects Strong understanding of commercial, hospitality, retail and office project environments Demonstrable experience managing subcontractors and suppliers Ability to work in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment Strong financial management experience, including margin protection, CVRs, forecasting and cost reporting Excellent communication, negotiation and documentation skills High level of organisation and attention to detail What you'll get in return Opportunity to work on highprofile fit out and refurbishment projects Strong pipeline of secured work and longterm job stability Supportive leadership team with genuine career progression Competitive salary package reflective of experience Highperforming, collaborative team environment What you need to do now Apply now by sendingyour CV to [email protected], or by calling 0490437182 for aconfidential discussion. 2986688
