Our team assists individuals and businesses with property transactions, business sales and purchases, trusts, wills, and relationship property matters, delivering practical legal solutions and exceptional client service. We are currently looking for a Lawyer or Registered Legal Executive to join our growing team. The Role You will play a key role in supporting our busy property and commercial practice, managing a variety of legal matters from initial client engagement through to completion. Key Responsibilities Managing residential and commercial conveyancing transactions from start to finish Drafting and reviewing sale and purchase agreements, leases, and legal documentation Advising clients on property transactions, refinancing, and business sales/purchases Conducting due diligence and liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and other stakeholders Supporting matters relating to trusts, wills, and relationship property agreements Delivering clear and practical legal advice with excellent client service About You We are looking for someone who is motivated, client-focused, and enjoys working in a collaborative team environment.
