We are seeking an experienced Network Administration to support and maintain a large-scale, enterprise SD-WAN environment within a secure federal program. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, configuration, and operational support of SD-WAN and core network infrastructure to ensure high availability, performance, and security across multiple sites. Key Responsibilities Provide Level 2 support for SD-WAN environments across multiple locations Troubleshoot routing, connectivity, and performance issues Manage and maintain SD-WAN edge devices and controllers Support incident, problem, and change management processes Configure and troubleshoot BGP, OSPF, VLANs, and VPN technologies Support WAN technologies including MPLS and internet-based circuits Work with carriers to resolve circuit-related issues Implement and maintain firewall and security policies within SD-WAN platforms Monitor network performance and ensure SLA compliance Assist with software upgrades, patching, and configuration changes Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations and processes Contribute to continuous improvement of operational procedures Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience -Mandatory Must be an Australian citizen Proven experience supporting SD-WAN environments (e.g. Cisco Viptela/Meraki, VMware VeloCloud, Fortinet, Aruba, Silver Peak) Strong knowledge of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF) and WAN technologies Experience with VPN/IPSec and firewall policy management Solid understanding of TCP/IP networking fundamentals Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills Excellent communication skills and ability to work in secure environments Benefits Secure a long-term opportunity supporting a once in a lifetime major government transformation program Top of the Market salary with guaranteed annual bonus Central CBD office location with hybrid working arrangement If you would like to know more, please contact Milly Kerei-Keepa at [email protected] or hit Apply Now!
