Contract Administrator (Fit-Out / Refurb) – Brisbane CBD – Up to $160,000 Super The Contract Administrator will support the delivery of multiple concurrent fit-out and refurbishment projects across the Brisbane CBD, typically ranging from $250k to $5M. Projects are predominantly commercial office environments, including spec suites and workplace refurbishments, often delivered within live, operational buildings. Due to a strong and growing pipeline in Queensland, this role forms part of a newly established project team, working closely with a Project Manager and Site Manager, and reporting into the Construction Manager. This is a hands-on role requiring strong commercial acumen, attention to detail, and the ability to operate across multiple fast-paced projects.
