Pearl have a rare opportunity available for an experience Lead Electrical Engineer to join a well-established engineering consultancy delivering a major mining project in WA. About the Role As the Lead Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for: Lead the electrical engineering scope for mining and mineral processing projects, ensuring alignment with client and regulatory requirements. Develop and oversee concept designs, technical specifications, and project documentation. Scope out instrumentation and control systems requirements, collaborating with specialists to ensure seamless integration. Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineers and designers throughout the project lifecycle. Engage with clients, contractors, and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project deliverables. Conduct design reviews, feasibility assessments, and risk evaluations to maintain project efficiency and safety. Ensure compliance with Australian standards and WA mining regulations. Support project planning, execution, and delivery within budget and timeline constraints. What do you need to succeed in this position? 10 years of electrical engineering experience in Australia (WA mining consulting experience preferred). Strong understanding of mining and mineral processing projects. Understanding of instrumentation and control systems engineering. Ability to work in a fast-paced consultancy environment with strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders. What’s on Offer?
