Site Engineer (FRP) Sydney, NSW Core Talent are recruiting on behalf of a well-established civil & construction contractor with a strong pipeline of work across Sydney. An opportunity is available for an experienced Site Engineer with a background in FRP and temporary works packages to join a delivery-focused project team. This role would suit an engineer who enjoys being site-based and has hands-on experience managing complex structural and temporary works scopes. Key Responsibilities Site-based engineering support across active construction projects (2 years exp) Management and coordination of FRP packages (Formwork, Reinforcement & Post-tensioning) Oversight of falsework, scaffold and temporary works design, installation and compliance Set-out, QA documentation, ITPs, and inspections Coordination with subcontractors, supervisors and project engineers Review of drawings, specifications and construction methodologies Ensuring works are delivered safely, to programme and quality standards Assisting with short-term planning and site reporting About You: Degree qualified in Civil Engineering or Construction Engineering Proven experience as a Site Engineer on Australian construction projects Strong background in FRP, formwork, falsework and scaffolding systems Solid understanding of temporary works processes and safety requirements Confident working in a fast-paced, site-driven environment Strong communication and coordination skills Full working rights in Australia What’s on Offer: Long-term project pipeline across Sydney Exposure to complex and technically challenging construction works Competitive salary package based on experience Opportunity to work with experienced site and project teams If you are a Site Engineer with strong FRP and temporary works experience and are looking for your next opportunity in Sydney, we’d like to hear from you.
