Your new role Working 26 hours per week as part of a supportive Customer Service team, you will be the warm, engaging voice that members rely on. This role blends inbound and outbound customer contact, problemsolving, and accurate administrative support. Be the friendly, knowledgeable contact our members speak to when they need assistance Confidently manage both inbound and outbound calls, engaging members and supporting warm calling opportunities Resolve customer issues using established guidelines and sound judgement Keep accurate records of customer interactions, sales activity, and updates within CRM and digital platforms Look for opportunities to improve processes, scripts, templates and customer experience Deliver highquality service while juggling multiple customer interactions Participate in team meetings, coaching and development initiatives Maintain uptodate knowledge of products, campaigns and processes What you'll need to succeed You are naturally warm, bubbly and confident someone who genuinely enjoys talking to people and making customers feel heard. You bring energy to conversations and pride yourself on positive, solutionfocused interactions.
