Industrial Electrician – Day Shift $55–$65 per hour | Altona VIC | 6:00am–2:00pm The company are a well-established and highly respected company delivering complex, high-end projects across defence, mining, and advanced research & development sectors . Due to continued growth and upcoming project rollouts, we are seeking an experienced Industrial Electrician to join the team ASAP at the Altona-based facility . This role offers exposure to cutting-edge technology , large-scale industrial systems, and the opportunity to work on both factory-based builds and on-site commissioning . The Role You will be involved in the factory build, installation, and commissioning of industrial machinery and large-scale electrical systems , including: Installation and commissioning of large-scale industrial electrical systems PLC wiring and control systems Electrical panel design and wiring Facility electrical works (preferred but not essential) Commissioning of industrial machinery Factory-based work in Altona , with occasional travel to Perth to assist the team Skills & Experience Qualified Industrial Electrician Strong experience in industrial electrical environments Experience with PLC wiring and control systems Electrical panel design and wiring experience Hazardous area experience (highly regarded) Any experience in instrumentation would be highly desirable Licences & Tickets (Desirable) Type B Gas Fitter (electrical-related) – desirable, not essential Working at Heights Boom Lift / EWP (up to 12 metres) Pay & Conditions $55–$65 per hour Day shift only – 6:00am to 2:00pm Monday to Friday Potential for shift work when required Long-term, stable employment with a growing company Consultant [email protected] Reference number: BH-24245 Profession:ManufacturingTrades & Services Company: Core Talent Date posted: 16th Jan, 2026
