Field Service Engineer: Permanent Location: Castle Hill Start: ASAP We are currently partnering with a global Managed Services Provider MSP based in Castle Hill to recruit a Field Service Engineer (L1/L2) to join their growing technical support team. This position sits within a collaborative infrastructure support team and will focus on delivering high-quality support across predominantly Microsoft-based environments. You will work closely with a variety of clients, providing both remote and on-site technical support, while collaborating with internal engineering and professional services teams to ensure issues are resolved efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys client interaction, problem-solving across diverse environments, and developing their infrastructure support skills within a well-established MSP. Key Responsibilities: Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to clients across Microsoft environments. Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and general IT infrastructure. Deliver client-facing support both remotely (phone/remote tools) and on-site. Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers or professional services teams when required. Work closely with internal engineering and project teams to support infrastructure improvements and implementations. Maintain strong client relationships by providing clear communication and a high level of service delivery. Key Requirements: Proven experience providing L1/L2 IT Support, ideally within a Managed Services environment. Strong experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments. Experience supporting Windows Server environments and core infrastructure technologies. Comfortable providing client-facing support both remotely and in person. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities across user, desktop, and infrastructure issues. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with business stakeholders.
