Talent Web is seeking experienced Civil Engineers in Sydney with exposure to urban development and subdivision projects. This role suits an engineer who enjoys taking a technical lead, mentoring junior staff, and working closely with clients and councils. What you’ll do: Lead design and delivery across subdivisions, urban development, and infrastructure. Manage technical outputs (design reports, drawings, modelling). Liaise with clients, councils, and stakeholders to secure approvals. Mentor junior engineers and drafters. Ensure projects meet time, budget, and quality standards. What we’re looking for: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. 5 years’ consultancy experience in land/urban development. Proficiency in 12d, MUSIC and DRAINS. Strong knowledge of authority standards and WSUD. Proven ability to manage projects and engage clients. On offer: Work on landmark NSW projects.
