WT Sports and Recognition is a Sydney-based company specialising in trophies, medals, and awards for sporting, corporate, and community events. They provide a wide range of customised recognition products, including trophies, cups, medals, and crystal or glass awards, commonly used for presentation nights, competitions, and business conferences. WT Sports and Recognition is now looking for an experienced Technical Sales Representative to join their team. The right candidate will be responsible for: Identify and approach potential clients such as sports clubs, schools, and corporate organisations to promote trophies, medals, and award products; Provide technical product advice on materials, designs, engraving options, and customisation for awards and recognition items; Prepare quotations and proposals for customised trophies, medals, team-wear, and corporate awards; Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and manage repeat orders for events and presentation nights; Coordinate with design and production teams to ensure customised awards meet client specifications; Process customer orders and ensure accurate product details, quantities, and engraving information; Monitor project timelines and follow up with clients regarding order status and delivery; Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to clients when required; Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth through upselling and cross-selling; Provide after-sales support, resolve customer inquiries, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. About you: At least 1 year of experience as Technical Sales Representative; Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their requirements. Sales and negotiation skills to promote products and achieve sales targets. Customer service skills to build and maintain long-term client relationships. Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in customised orders, specifications, and engraving information. Job type: Permanent/full-time Salary: $76,000 - $85,000
