We are currently seeking a detail-oriented HR Administrator Officer to support a busy HR department within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a great short-term opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills, recruitment skills and HR systems experience who enjoys working in a structured and people-focused role. This 8-week assignment offers the chance to gain valuable HR experience while supporting key administrative processes within the business. Key Responsibilities: Providing administrative support Assisting with recruitment Maintaining and updating employee records within the HR system Assisting with onboarding documentation and employee files Processing HR paperwork including contracts, variations and employee changes Data entry and maintaining accurate HR records Assisting with general HR queries Supporting HR compliance and documentation processes Requirements: Previous experience in an HR Administration or HR support role Previous experience with recruitment Experience using Employment Hero or a HRIS system is highly advantageous Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Excellent communication and administrative abilities Ability to manage confidential information with discretion Benefits: 6 - 8 week assignment with immediate start available ​​​​​​​Supportive and collaborative HR Department Opportunity to gain further HR experience Structured work environment Early finish on Fridays HOW TO APPLY Please apply with an up to date resume highlighting your relevant experience.
