Job Title: Contract Administrator (Contract) – Fit Out Project Location: Sydney, NSW Duration: 8-Week Contract (View to Extend) Start Date: ASAP The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join a reputable main contractor builder delivering a fast-paced fit-out project in Sydney . This is an initial 8-week contract with strong potential to extend depending on project requirements. This role is ideal for a CA who can hit the ground running , support the project team, and manage contract administration processes efficiently within a live construction environment. Key Responsibilities Manage subcontractor packages from procurement through to final accounts Prepare, review and issue subcontract agreements and scopes Assess subcontractor progress claims and variations Assist with head contract administration and reporting Track project costs and support commercial controls Liaise with site teams, subcontractors and suppliers Maintain accurate project documentation and records Assist with monthly reporting and forecasting About You Proven experience as a Contract Administrator with a main contractor Experience delivering commercial or workplace fit-out projects Strong understanding of construction contracts and procurement processes Ability to manage subcontractor variations and progress claims Excellent communication and organisational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment Highly Regarded Experience using Cheops project management system Ability to start immediately or on short notice What’s on Offer Immediate start Initial 8-week contract with potential extension Opportunity to work with a well-established main contractor Competitive contract rate Apply Now If you are an experienced Contract Administrator available immediately , we would love to hear from you.
