ABOUT THE ROLE This newly created role combines Accounts Payable responsibilities with office coordination and front-of-house support. Acting as the first point of contact for visitors and staff, you will help maintain a welcoming and well-organised office while supporting the finance team with invoice processing, reconciliations and payment preparation. Working closely with HR, Finance and Operations, you will play a key role in keeping the office running smoothly while ensuring financial administration is accurate and organised. DUTIES Act as the welcoming first point of contact for visitors, staff and contractors Answer, screen and direct incoming phone calls while maintaining a professional reception area Manage visitor records, sign-in processes, couriers, deliveries and office logistics Liaise with building management and ensure shared office spaces are well presented Provide general administrative support including document formatting, scanning, filing and data entry Support HR with onboarding documentation and employee administration Assist finance and operations teams with administrative tasks and reporting support Manage office supplies, stationery and kitchen consumables Coordinate meeting room bookings and prepare meeting spaces for internal and external meetings Assist with internal events, team lunches and company initiatives including catering coordination Process supplier invoices including coding and matching to purchase orders Reconcile vendor statements, support payment runs and assist with corporate card reconciliations - Only candidates with Full Working Rights will be considered for this role.
