The Position: Due to recent changes, they are currently seeking a suitably experienced, self-motivated and highly organised candidate to become an integral part of their small team. Reporting directly to the business owner you will work autonomously to manage all aspects of administration, customer service and sales administration for the business. This role will be offered on a permanent full-time basis with hours either 8am – 4pm or 7am – 3pm The Duties: Some of your actual duties will include Answer all incoming calls Receive job orders and enter details accurately into their tracking system Prepare customer quotes and follow up accordingly Assist in scheduling daily run sheets Managing job files and updating the customers accordingly Preparing invoices Processing Accounts Receivable Account Reconciliation Preparing various reports as required Managing online portals General administration duties The Requirements: To be successful for this role you must have strong proven experience in a similar position as well as… Experience within scheduling work or job orders Excellent organisational skills The ability to work effectively autonomously with a strong sense of self-motivation Exceptional communication skills, problem solving and initiative A can-do attitude is a must!
