This role would suit someone who has experience supporting daily Workshop and Stores Operations. Your ability to ensure seamless workflow between the workshop and parts coordination will enhance operational efficiency and contribute to the success of achieving business targets. Your Main Responsibilities Will Include Ordering and receival of parts Raising purchase orders Receipting of orders and reviewing orders that require processing Processing job cards and invoices for payment Completing cyclical counts Assisting with stocktake Transfer of parts to other depots Parts store housekeeping – ensuring store and shelves are tidy, parts always put away safely What You’ll Bring: Previous experience in parts and or workshop administration Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Strong MS Office and systems confidence Ability to work independently and meet deadlines High level of customer service skills Positive Attitude – willing to learn, grow, and bring energy to the workplace Forklift and HR licence (desirable however not essential) What We Offer Career development opportunities in a growing organisation.
