The Role Our client is seeking an Implementation Specialist to join its expanding team. This role plays a key part in ensuring that new clients are successfully onboarded, trained, and able to maximise the value of the platform. The Implementation Specialist works closely with project teams, builders, and senior management to configure the system, deliver customised training, and support clients throughout adoption and rollout. Requirements Experience in software implementation, SaaS onboarding, or client success (construction industry experience highly regarded). Strong understanding of construction processes such as cost control, scheduling, document management, safety, and quality. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences. Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. Tech-savvy with an ability to quickly learn and teach new software. Willingness to travel to client sites for onsite training and implementation.
