OVERVIEW: Our client is seeking a talented and passionate Senior Interior Designer to join their collaborative and creative team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced designer who enjoys taking ownership of projects and delivering high-end interiors from concept through to completion. You’ll work closely with clients, consultants, and project teams to bring design visions to life while contributing to thoughtfully designed and innovative spaces. Your responsibilities will include: Work with the Project Lead and clients to define interior design scope, direction, and deliverables, turning ideas into high-quality, practical solutions. Develop and present design concepts, material palettes, and variations that inspire clients and bring projects to life. Prepare drawings, schedules, and specifications while coordinating day-to-day project delivery with internal teams, consultants, and authorities. Plan project deliverables, manage resources and budgets, and keep projects on track without compromising quality. Ensure designs comply with regulations and studio standards, monitoring design intent through site inspections and ongoing project oversight. Mentor and support junior and graduate designers, delegating tasks where needed and fostering professional growth. CRITERIA: Advanced Diploma or tertiary qualification in Interior Design. 4-6 years’ experience delivering technical and high-quality interior design projects. Experience across multi level residential, hotels, student accommodation, commercial office buildings or shopping centres. Confident working directly with clients, consultants, and project teams. Strong proficiency in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, etc.). Highly organised with strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills. Creative, forward-thinking, flexible, and adaptable.
