Facilities Administrator Type: Temporary Assignment Rate: $36.25 per hour plus Super Hours: 38hr week, MonFri Location: Newcastle Your new role As the Facilities Administrator, you will act as the central point for coordinating reactive and planned maintenance activities while supporting the Facility Manager and broader operations team. Youll manage incoming calls and emails, create and allocate service requests, and ensure compliance with contractual requirements. This role includes providing administrative and financial support, preparing reports, and assisting with meetings and endofmonth processes. Youll work closely with technicians, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations and high-quality service delivery.
