Position Summary: Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve property’s objectives whilst consistently analysing market information Responsible for managing the planning, execution & coordination of all the hotel’s sales and marketing strategies, campaigns and projects Ensure the team is focused on showcasing their creative and innovative skills to enable achievement of property objectives Be a prime example of the hotel’s service and relationship strategy, driving customer loyalty by engaging and inspiring guests through each customer experience Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external Ensure you and the team uphold all company policies and procedures whilst demonstrating the Marriott core values Develop sales and marketing budget and oversee expenses, focusing on attention to detail Maintain and create relationships with clients in the Corporate, Leisure and M.I.C.E. segments About You: Relevant experience in a similar managerial role Previosuly expeirce as a hotel Director of Sales and Marketing is preferred.
