As the Lead DevOps Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and leading ART’s DevOps capability, driving automation, reliability, and continuous improvement across our technology landscape. Working closely with engineering, security, and architecture teams, you will enable modern software delivery practices within a highly regulated, enterprise environment. Key Responsibilities Include Lead the design, implementation and continuous improvement of DevOps practices, tooling and standards across ART Own and evolve CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Enterprise Cloud and Azure DevOps to enable secure, automated software delivery Provide technical leadership and mentoring to DevOps and engineering team members Drive infrastructureascode, automation and cloudfirst practices across development and operational environments Partner with engineering, architecture and security teams to embed DevSecOps principles Ensure platform reliability, performance, scalability and availability within Microsoft Azure environments Lead incident response, root cause analysis and continuous service improvement activities Contribute to strategic technology decisions, roadmaps and cloud adoption initiatives This role is a permanent opportunity.
