Job Description In this role, you will lead strategic retail marketing initiatives, delivering innovative campaigns that meet KPIs and financial goals. You’ll manage stakeholder collaboration, oversee external partners and agencies, guide a small team, and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget. You will also contribute to the marketing calendar, optimise channel performance and deliver post campaign reviews to drive continuous improvement and ROI. A Peek Into Your Petstock Day Lead and deliver strategic retail marketing projects, including planning, stakeholder engagement, and end‑to‑end initiative management. Drive high‑performing marketing campaigns that achieve KPIs, financial targets, and deliver innovative, market‑relevant outcomes. Develop and execute effective channel and audience strategies, based on market insights and stakeholder needs. Manage and collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and agencies to deliver cohesive campaigns on time and within budget. Oversee campaign performance and continuous improvement, including post‑campaign reviews and evidence‑based optimisation. Do you have the below experience and looking to take the next step in your career? Degree in Marketing with 3-5 years’ experience in Marketing Communications. Experience in management and leadership. Previous campaign experience in retail, would be highly regarded. Effective written and verbal communications skills. Strong interpersonal skills. Research and evaluation skills, including the ability to measure the effectiveness of strategic communications activities.
