We’re looking for a Senior Mechanical Estimator with proven T1 & T2 mechanical contractor experience to join a team delivering high-quality fit-out and upgrade projects. This is a hands-on, senior role where your expertise shapes projects from estimating to delivery. You’ll be responsible for leading estimating activities, developing a strong HSEQ culture, and helping the business deliver exceptional quality and value to clients. Key Responsibilities Provide accurate and commercially sound estimates for mechanical fit-out and upgrade projects. Lead the development and implementation of a fully integrated mechanical service offering. Support the growth of a high-performing team and strong service delivery culture. Assist in strategically positioning the business to maximise long-term contract opportunities. Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure estimates meet project requirements. Contribute to business planning, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives. What You Bring Trade or Engineering qualification in Mechanical. Minimum 5 years in an Estimator role with at least 10 years’ contractor-side mechanical experience . Extensive experience with T1 & T2 mechanical contractors on projects, maintenance, or engineering works. Strong negotiation, organisational, and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams. Hands-on understanding of commercial building services markets and competitive landscape.
