As Store Manager for Oscar Wylee in Pacific Fair Shopping Centre, your role will be to lead and inspire your team to deliver remarkable results and oversee day-to-day store operations. You will work closely with our experienced Store Partner, gaining valuable commercial and operational experience. Our Pacific Fair store is involved in our joint venture partnership, where we have had the opportunity to work alongside exceptional business leaders who have joined Oscar Wylee as part owners of our stores. Key Responsibilities: Oversee store operations, compliance, and performance standards. Support your team to reach performance goals through genuine customer care, not pushy sales tactics. Manage rosters, budgets, and labour efficiency. Provide hands-on support in-store, assisting with sales, service, and patient care. Partner with Optometrists to ensure every customer receives an exceptional experience. About You: Previous leadership experience in retail (title isn’t important - if you’ve coached people and driven results, we want to hear from you!). Experience supporting or contributing to rosters, labour planning, or store performance - we’ll help you grow your capability in these areas. A passion for delivering great customer experiences. A keen interest in developing your skills in decision-making, coaching, and team culture. No optical experience required - we’ll teach you all there is to know about optical retail.
