Our client is a well-established, growing Australian Mechanical services Contractor delivering high-quality projects across a wide range of sectors. More recently they have pipeline filled with Data Centres and Commercial works. They are seeking an experienced Commissioning Foreman / Site Supervisor to support site delivery and assist with commissioning-related activities across our projects. This is a hybrid, hands-on role suited to a technically strong candidate who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and being involved across multiple aspects of a project. As a Commissioning Foreman / Site Supervisor, you will be: Assisting with commissioning of mechanical and HVAC systems Supporting site teams with technical input, fault-finding, and problem resolution Supervising trades and subcontractors during installation and commissioning phases Coordinating testing, adjustments, and minor rectification works Ensuring works are carried out safely and to specification Completing commissioning documentation, reports, and checklists using computer-based systems We would love to talk to candidates with previous experience as a Commissioning Foreman or Site Supervisor with a background in Mech Elec or Refrigeration/HVAC. You should have a strong technical aptitude and willingness to get hands-on. Experience in commissioning is a must.
