This is a key position within a high-performing sales team, responsible for driving the administration and campaign execution behind multiple established agents. If you’re organised, commercially aware and take pride in delivering campaigns to a high standard - this role offers structure, stability and strong financial reward. The Role: You will take ownership of the administrative and campaign workflow, ensuring every property is presented professionally and progresses smoothly from appraisal through to settlement. Managing the full lifecycle of sales campaigns Overseeing all marketing bookings, timelines and quality control Coordinating photography, floorplans and campaign assets Preparing listing kits, appraisal documentation and presentation materials Maintaining CRM integrity and database accuracy Monitoring listings, exchanges and settlement progression Providing structured, high-level support to multiple sales agents The Person: Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence (essential) Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales administration, real estate operations or client services Strong working knowledge of REX, Realtair, Canva and digital marketing platforms Highly organised with strong attention to detail Comfortable supporting multiple agents within a fast-paced environment The Perks: Generous salary package Monday to Friday position – no weekend work Clear internal processes and structured workflow Direct involvement in high-volume listings and campaign management A team environment that respects strong operational performance The Company This established and well-regarded real estate business is recognised for delivering premium client service and consistently strong results across the Newcastle market.
