Your Job You will initially join a landmark luxury apartment development in Brisbane valued at $100m, managing the commercial administration of the penthouse component of the project. This will involve working closely with senior project leadership and coordinating with high-end trades and suppliers to deliver the most premium elements of the development. Following completion of this stage, the role transitions into leading the contracts administration of your own boutique luxury apartment project valued at approximately $60m, scheduled to commence in October of this year. This is a rare pathway into running your own project within a builder that specialises in technically detailed, high-quality apartment developments. Your Responsibilities Manage subcontract procurement, scope reviews and contract administration Administer variations, progress claims and cost reporting Work closely with project management and site teams to maintain commercial control of the project Assist in maintaining programme and commercial outcomes across the project lifecycle Support project delivery from early works, construction through to completion. Your Experience 5 years' experience as a Contracts Administrator within commercial or apartment construction Experience working on apartment, mixed-use or complex commercial projects Strong understanding of subcontract procurement and cost control Ability to manage subcontractor relationships professionally and collaboratively High attention to detail with strong commercial acumen Comfortable working within experienced teams where accountability and ownership are expected Your Career This role provides a genuine opportunity to work on some of Brisbane's most technically detailed apartment projects while developing into a senior commercial professional.
