This is a temporary AO2 position at 0.96 FTE (6 hours daily plus ADO) and offers a great opportunity to contribute to a dynamic school community. Established in the centre of the heritage town of Maryborough, in 1862, MCSS is 163 years old. As the Administration Officer you will be a trusted, friendly and approachable team member who is the face of our school, showing initiative and efficiency in daily tasks. Responsibilities Include Answer phone calls Assist with front counter enquiries including confidential parent/student communications Assist with student enquiries at the counter Accounts receivable and payable General first aid and administration of medication Assist Head of Department, Principal and Business Manager with school events and general day to day tasks General data entry Computer skills including word processing and Microsoft office Filing and archiving School community communications (newsletter, parent correspondence, etc.) Please view the role description for a full list of responsibilities.
