Description ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY: We are seeking a passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our Early Learning Centre programs. As a full-time teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the early learning experience of our young students. You will use teaching strategies that cater to the needs of a diverse student group and differentiate the curriculum to adapt to students' needs. As the Early Childhood Teacher, you will be responsible for the delivery of a holistic education, including; Creation of a nurturing learning environment which is learner-centred, safe, supportive, co-operative and aligned with curriculum, policies and practices; Effective planning, implementation and reviewing of learning programs; Maintaining professional standards as defined by the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers; Effective management of students in the classroom and wider school community; Ensuring that the values and Christian ethos of the School are upheld. Skills And Experiences ABOUT YOU You will bring experience and enthusiasm for intentional, purposeful teaching, and Hold a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification; Have a current registration as an Early Childhood Teacher with the Australian Children's Education & Care Quality Authority (ACECQA); Demonstrate a Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guideline (QKLG) curriculum; Have a knowledge of the National Quality Standards; Support the processes of achieving an Exceeding rating in assessment and rating; Demonstrate a strong understanding of the age group development needs; Demonstrate an understanding of appropriate professional boundaries and standards when working with children and young people; Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
