Financial Caseload Coordinator (ASO3) Adelaide CBD (On-site, 5 days per week) $43–$46 per hour Super 2-month contract | Immediate start | Potential extension An opportunity is available for a Financial caseload coordinator to join a high-performing State Government Customer Services team based in the Adelaide CBD. This role is responsible for administering estates and trusts, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements while delivering professional and empathetic service to beneficiaries and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Manage a caseload of estates and trusts within agreed timeframes Interview beneficiaries and clients, provide advice, and document instructions Prepare accurate financial statements and maintain compliant records Arrange payment of liabilities and coordinate asset sales, transfers, and purchases Liaise with legal, financial, property, and government stakeholders Assist with preparation of Wills and Powers of Attorney Ensure all activities comply with relevant legislation, policies, and standards Essential Skills & Experience Proven ability to manage high-volume caseloads and meet deadlines Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience preparing or interpreting financial documentation Ability to manage sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism High attention to detail and accuracy Experience working within legislative or regulatory frameworks Ability to work independently with minimal supervision National Police Clearance is required.
