This opportunity suits a qualified A-Grade Industrial Electrician who thrives in technically challenging environments and enjoys working on complex, high-profile projects. The Role You’ll play a key part in testing, commissioning, and validating power systems within a modern workshop and on-site environment. Key Responsibilities: Perform load bank testing, controls verification, protection checks, and system performance validation Read and interpret schematics, single-line diagrams, and wiring schedules Diagnose and rectify electrical and mechanical faults during commissioning Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and site teams to ensure successful project delivery Complete commissioning documentation including test sheets, redlines, and handover packs About You A-Grade Electrical Licence (VIC) – essential Strong capability reading and interpreting electrical schematics and technical drawings Mechanical aptitude across engines, cooling systems, fuel systems and associated components Comfortable working both in workshop and on-site environments Full working rights in Australia and current driver’s licence What’s On Offer Stable, long-term position with a respected industry leader Modern workshop and strong technical support Supportive team culture and leadership Career progression and development opportunities Monday–Friday day shift (6:00am – 2:00pm) Annual salary reviews $110,000 package (inclusive of base super) Overtime available for those looking to increase earnings Next Steps Ready to take the next step in your career?
