About the Role We’re partnering with a well-established and growing electrical manufacturing business with multiple locations across Brisbane, currently expanding their workshop team due to increased project demand across Brisbane. This is a full-time, workshop-based opportunity for a qualified Electrician with proven switchboard building experience. You’ll work on the assembly, wiring, and fit-out of custom switchboards for commercial and industrial projects, all within a structured and safety-focused manufacturing environment. With multiple positions available, this is a strong opportunity for experienced switchboard Electricians seeking stability, consistent hours, and long-term career growth within a specialised electrical manufacturing setting. Key Responsibilities • Assemble and wire custom switchboards to specifications • Interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings • Fit and mount electrical components, breakers and control devices • Conduct testing, fault-finding and quality checks prior to dispatch • Ensure all work meets Australian Standards and safety requirements What You’ll Bring • Current Electrical Licence (QLD) • Minimum 2 years’ experience building switchboards • Strong ability to read and interpret electrical drawings • High attention to detail and quality workmanship • Ability to work efficiently within a workshop production team Salary & Benefits • $48–$55 per hour full-time super (based on experience) • Full-time, permanent position • Monday–Friday workshop-based role • Secure pipeline of Brisbane-based projects • Supportive team environment with consistent workflow If you're a qualified Electrician with solid switchboard experience and want a stable, well-paid workshop role in Brisbane, this is worth a conversation.
