Job Title: Project Engineer – Bridges Project: T2D (Torrens to Darlington) Project Location: Adelaide, South Australia Employment Type: Long-term Contract About the Role We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer – Bridges to join the T2D Project team in Adelaide. This long-term contract role will support the delivery of complex bridge and civil structures within one of South Australia’s largest infrastructure projects. The role will focus on bridge works and associated civil elements including footpaths, FRP components, and concrete slabs. Key Responsibilities Assist in the planning, coordination, and delivery of bridge works in line with project schedules and budgets Manage day-to-day engineering activities on site, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to specification Review and interpret design drawings, specifications, and technical documentation Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure quality outcomes Oversee construction activities related to bridges, footpaths, FRP elements, and concrete slabs Prepare and review ITPs, work method statements, and technical submissions Monitor quality control, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with relevant standards and project requirements Support cost control, forecasting, progress reporting, and variation management Liaise with designers, client representatives, and internal stakeholders Contribute to safety initiatives and ensure all works comply with WHS and environmental requirements Required Experience & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent Proven experience as a Project Engineer on bridge or major civil infrastructure projects Demonstrated experience with: Bridge structures Footpaths and associated civil works FRP Form, Reo & Pour (Concrete) – Manage formwork, reinforcement, and concrete placement Concrete slabs and structural concrete works Strong understanding of construction methodologies, QA processes, and engineering standards Experience working on large-scale infrastructure projects preferred Skills & Attributes Strong technical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Ability to manage multiple work fronts and priorities High attention to detail and commitment to quality Proactive, collaborative, and safety-focused approach APPLY NOW - [email protected] Consultant [email protected] Reference number: BH-23980 Profession:CivilOther CivilProject Management Company: Core Talent Date posted: 17th Dec, 2025
