Position: APS6 Salesforce Administrator Location: Sydney, NSW (Hybrid – minimum 3 days in office per week) Contract: 5 months possible extension Hours: 37.5 hours per week Start Date: Monday, 23 February 2026 Rate: $700-$750/day Security Clearance: Must be able to obtain Baseline Citizenship: Australian citizens only (proof required prior to engagement) About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and energetic APS6 Salesforce Administrator to join a dynamic, fast-paced team. You will maintain and configure Salesforce applications, manage users and permissions, troubleshoot automated processes, and support day-to-day operations. This role also involves data analysis, reporting, evaluating new Salesforce releases, and guiding business areas through user acceptance testing. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and configure Salesforce applications, including Service Cloud, Health Cloud, and Digital Experience Manage users, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, and sharing rules Build, troubleshoot, and improve automated processes such as Flows using declarative tools Investigate and resolve Level 2 support tickets and issues Perform data analysis, data loading, and reporting Develop and maintain documentation on processes and configuration Collaborate with business areas to understand priorities and support testing Work within Agile delivery methodology and support knowledge transfer Learn and support new Salesforce technologies, including Salesforce Industries Omnistudio (Vlocity) Essential Criteria (max 3000 characters per response): 1-2 years’ experience within the Salesforce ecosystem Certified Salesforce Admin / Certified Platform App Builder Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Enthusiasm for continuous learning and development Desirable Criteria (max 3000 characters per response): Hands-on experience with version control, branching, and metadata deployments Interest and experience in accessible design and development Requirements: Australian citizenship is mandatory (proof required prior to engagement) Labour Hire Licence required if applicable in the contracting state Maximum 37.5 hours per week Security clearance: must be able to obtain Baseline Why Apply: Work in a hybrid, collaborative environment Gain experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Health Cloud, Digital Experience, and Omnistudio Be part of a high-performing ICT team delivering meaningful solutions How to Apply: Interested candidates must submit: Resume/CV Responses to all essential and desirable criteria (max 3000 characters per criterion) Applications to: [email protected]
