That means the inventory, the operations, and making sure every department gets what they need, when they need it. Day to day, you'll be: Managing the receipt, storage and distribution of samples across the business Maintaining accurate inventory records in ZOHO and SAP Conducting regular audits to keep stock levels precise and up to date Developing and improving SOPs to keep the sample room running efficiently Coordinating with warehouse and logistics vendors for timely deliveries Keeping the store well-organised, clean and easily accessible Liaising with internal teams to fulfil sample requirements promptly Preparing reports on inventory status and store performance Ensuring the sample room meets all OHS standards A forklift licence is a bonus - if you don't have one but you're willing to get it, we'd love to hear from you. Who We're Looking For We want someone who takes ownership of their space and holds themselves to a high standard - because at Signorino, that's the standard. You're the right fit if you: Have 3 years of experience in inventory management, store operations or a similar role Are confident working across inventory software - ideally ZOHO or SAP Have strong attention to detail and genuinely enjoy keeping things accurate and organised Can manage multiple priorities without dropping the ball Communicate clearly with stakeholders across different departments Are comfortable working with warehouse logistics and vendor coordination And just as important - you live these values: Customer Obsessed - every single thing we do is for our customers.
