A major national law firm is seeking a Junior to Intermediate Legal Assistant (1–3 years’ experience) to join its Sydney-based Insurance Litigation team. The Role: This opportunity will see you providing all facets of administrative support to a busy Partner across personal injury , catastrophic claims, property damage and remediation claims with your key responsibilities including but not limited to: Preparation of legal documents and correspondence; Managing court appearances and meeting coordination for the partner; Preparation of Briefs for Counsel and Court Books; Opening and closing files; Monthly billing; Liaising with clients, Counsel, solicitors and other stakeholders; and General administrative assistance. This role is not suitable for law students or recent graduates. The Partner is seeking an experienced career Legal Assistant committed to a long term legal support career.
